Production of key lethal injection drug ended — multiple executions delayed

The transfer of a company’s plant to Italy — whose health ministry demanded guarantees that drugs produced in it would not be used in executions — has resulted in the discontinuation of an anesthetic used in executions by lethal injection.  The link is here.
